I'll tell ya'....

It's harder than ever to hear a tree fall out there... where we're not there to hear it.

It's harder than ever to want to be heard when you're that tree.

It's just more and more painful to scream when no one wants to hear it.
God dammit it.  It sucks more than ever now to be human than I ever think it did before.

Some of my greatest teachers (Eckhart Tolle, Cheri Huber) were in that same place when they had the transformations that led them to a life of helping others OUT of that place, and into a place of complete presence and allowance of peace. I'm not sure what is going on in your world right now (and not asking) but I know from experience that some days are much harder than others. On those harder days, if the desire is to feel better...I have found that just leaning toward better-feeling thoughts is a first step, and having one simple thought: I want to feel better. I wish you healing, clarity, and peace.
