Waiting for Bruno Mars to cover this song.
Breathy, cerebral, panicky, and frantic. As has been noted, it is reminiscent of Imogen Heap; yet, an almost King Crimson soundscape

Fixed now.
Seems to be lyrics from 'Train To Nowhere'

Had to look him up and the names of his children are ermmmm different:

Mercedes, Cyril, Ali Elvis, Wolfgang Amadeus.

Not sure what to make of that, but check out his grandchildrens' names....heh..
Seems like a tepid version of Imogen Heap.
not my taste!
it was very nice of Taylor Swift to cover this...
{#Clap}All THIS CRAP about coffee, what happened with the music?  I rated at 8, nice voice, good lyrics & if this is what is played on radio I'd listen!  To each his own.

Berthilda? Is that you?
Does this song never end....?

I gave up caffeine for good 4 weeks ago.  Now, I am less of a jerk.
I like coffee so thick and potent you have to snip it off with scissors.

I like coffee so strong that you could drink it or pitch a roof with it!

This is a cool tune. I like the chorus a lot....unfortunately this falls into the category of 'get sick of this quick'. I haven't yet, so we'll see.

Yup, toss in a little Bat for Lashes too. Kinda cool.

I like it, smooth sound....but it does sound like something I would hear on the radio.

this sounds like a song made for Imogen.  she sounds a little like her but not quite.

And today that little bit is reminding me of whoever did Little Earthquakes era Tori Amos' guitar work.

from the same people that charged me 18.50 for a large cheese pizza late last friday, not including delivery tip.  it's a conspiracy.

It's $30.18 now on Amazon. I buy Cds, preferring the album experience to shuffled MP3 playlists, but what I usually do is put a bunch of all-time greats in the cart, then buy whatever is under ten dollars. A lot of the time the best music is the least expensive.

Why can't people come up with better descriptions of songs they don't like? "It sucks hard." 'Scuse me, but isn't that usually a GOOD thing? And if this doesn't refer to sex, come up with something better and more pertinent to MUSIC.

I need a couple more listens to this in order to reach the "IT SUCKS HARD" realm. Or not. Not rating it, not giving it that horrible puke-emoticon that is a lame way of expressing disgust without actually having to SAY anything about why the song is bad.

Honestly, RPeeps - Great minds here! Let's don't rely on an emoticon to convey what we think about a song. (Stingray, you're excluded here. We all know how you feel. We just don't understand WHY.{#Lol} )

I will shut up now.

I think Zipper got the point across without being so wordy and critical of the opinion of others
Although I need to give a few more listens, I tend to agree with Zipper

#5.....and I will shut up now !  {#Moon}

Nice use of echo and strings to set the mood - I'd like to here more from her.

Not bad, overall. To my ears, seems to be in the same general sonic space as Imogen Heap, although admittedly not nearly as creative. I enjoyed it overall...not sure if I would buy an entire album of her stuff, but I guess that depends on what the rest of her stuff is like.
