Thunder [x10]
I was caught
In the middle of a railroad track (thunder)
I looked round
And I knew there was no turning back (thunder)
My mind raced
And I thought what could I do (thunder)
And I knew
There was no help, no help from you (thunder)
Sound of the drums
Beating in my heart
The thunder of guns
Tore me apart
You've been
Thunderstruck

Rode down the highway
Broke the limit, we hit the town
Went through to Texas, yeah Texas, and we had some fun
We met some girls
Some dancers who gave a good time
Broke all the rules
Played all the fools
Yeah yeah they, they, they blew our minds
And I was shaking at the knees
Could I come again please
Yeah them ladies were too kind
You've been
Thunderstruck

I was shaking at the knees
Could I come again please

Thunderstruck, Thunderstruck, Thunderstruck, Thunderstruck
It's alright, we're doin' fine
It's alright, we're doin' fine, fine, fine
Thunderstruck, yeah, yeah, yeah
Thunderstruck, Thunderstruck
Thunderstruck, baby, baby
Thunderstruck, you've been Thunderstruck
Thunderstruck, Thunderstruck
You've been Thunderstruck

Saw these guys at my local high school in 1974 with Bon Scott. Very loud and very good to that 13 year old

I'll have to check that out. Jim Breuer should have had a bigger career...
thunderdtruuuuuuck!!!
Hot banging head banging throbbing rock and roll tune for younger and older.  I love its use in Battleship.  Waves crashing over the bow, indeed.
This needs a sub to *really* make an impact....but very good headphones do pretty well!

The bluegrass covers are interesting, fer sher, but they don't carry the THUNDER.

Add Roger Daltrey to your list.
I oppose expanding the definition of "singing" to include whatever this is.

The eunuch has 2 kids and a single > 40-year marriage.

They played this on the PA before the match at Anfield* a couple of weeks ago.
Building the tension...

How did you guess?
I kinda hate this guy's voice, but god damn I just can't care when the rest of the song just rocks this much.!
I like the bluegrass covers more.

I vote 10.  A solid 10.

Couple about the devil, but yeah, same thing.
this ain't Steve N Seagulls!
It just occured to me that this song is about loose Texas women?
Rock would not have been the same without these guys!

Oh gawd, my ears are bleeding! I just could NOT keep the volume down below 11 😜!! Thanks for that great shot of aural adrenaline RP. LONG LIVE ROCK ‘n ROLL
definitely not their best work.
Wow. AC/DC on RP. Nice Bill and thanks!
Many RP bands have hipster genre categories like "post-emo electro-pop"  in their Wikipedia entry. These guys - straight up "hard rock, heavy metal, rock and roll".
No
No, I'm not chair dancing here at my desk no not at all.
THUNDAAAAH!

Me like... (grunt, snort)... as many have declared "rap ain't music" (neither is disco)
Overplayed and over rated.  #ThunderOverDone

Try as I may, I've never found any AC/DC song the slightest bit appealing. Ugh. That voice. I love Led Zeppelin and like the screaming eunuch from Rush, but this...no, never. I've tried for decades. Just can't. When this guy screams it's no longer music.

My ears are hurting. I'm eagerly looking forward to whatever track comes next... whatever it is.
Airguitar, airdrums, airmicrophone, I'm going all in!!
Love it. I can only listen to it in my car or my neighbors complain. Can't listen to this quietly.
This is horrible drivel.
Without doubt, the loudest band I've ever seen live. I thought my ears were bleeding.
I've never been much of a fan as AC/DC always just sounded screechy to me.  However, somehow it caught me just now and now it's up LOUD!

Yes, they recorded quite a few songs about hell too.
Good God, this is why I can't listen to your rock mix
Strictly commercial ... not necessary.

Sure, a fair statement but Acca Dacca is so much more than that!

High point Back In Black? Wait until you hear Powerage.
Elecyrifying.

Wow - Acca Dacca on radioparadise.com. Yippee!
forever associated in my mind now with Planes Fire and Rescue!
What I would give to be able to plug into Angus concert gear and play power chords.

THUUUNDAH!
This song used to be played before every Portland Winterhawks hockey game.  I swear it got the fans into a froth and we typically kicked some serious fanny for first few minutes.  amazing energy!

I wish all fellow RP-listeners a Thunderstruck *2021*  *edit: 2022!*  *edit: 2023* *edit: 2024* (Yes, I am still here, hope you are too)!

I proudly rock with my....er….music played loudly!  AC/DC defines RnR to me...Long Live them and RP!!
I wonder if any military units use this song?  It'd be perfect for an armor advance.
No offence to Bon, but I think the new singer nailed this one.
what else is there?

Lovely bloke Brian but I can't listen to his broken voice. Mutt Lange
did an amazing job with it on Back In Black, it was already on the wane
on For Those About To Rock, and after that it makes me reach for the throat medicine myself.

Bon on the other hand.

I used to have to listen to this every morning on the way to work to get me in the mood. Opening song in the one concert I saw. They know how to rock a crowd.
