Me too. Bob Bobson clearly. The dub version perhaps.
Thank you RP!  Love this.
AAAAAAaagggh.... the incessant clap machine..... (reminds me of the Edgar Allen Poe poem, The Bells). Otherwise -- this is groovy.
likeable? Quite.

I'm sure some of it comes from the "listener supported" aspect of RP.

That's a good ending

Same here. I thought at first I was listening to an extended version of Beautiful World, it was in the same key and was a perfect transition into this nifty little tune.

I've found that listening to RP, Prog Metal (ala Ayreon) and Symphonic Metal (especially Nightwish) has made 4–5-minute songs "short" in my perception

A hint of Pachelbel's Canon?

Yeah. Well spotted.
Isn't that sampled River Pheonix quoted from the 1986 Stand By Me movie?
If so, hit's even harder.
Bass resonates through the house on Sonos!

I probably heard it half a dozen times before I accepted it isn't the outro to Beautiful World
From Purple Rain to this... Aural heaven.
A hint of Pachelbel's Canon?
Nice set.
Wow, there are certainly Robbie Robertson echos in this. But it's cool.

The opening chords always catch my breath and make me sit up.

I'm such a nerd for music like this!!!
Colin Hay to this beautiful instrumental . . just an amazing segue.  Just damn pretty!

I have so many things to say right now, so none can be spoken.

Me too- I always stop and put in ear buds for this song.
Shouldn't it be Flying Children are Still Sleeping?

This entire song sounds like the ending of a song.

RP couples songs together so well.  There must be some intention behind that.  Very good observation jt2shoes!

Like this a lot!
Well this is funny. Today I was sure this was Daniel Lanois - The Maker.

This song is chameleonic!

Likey.
Reminds me of Gone Forever by Ulrich Snauss. Though I have to agree with the others who said that guitar at the beginning is a pretty remarkable Robbie Robertson impression.
Every time I hear this I think Robbie Robertson. I know better but every. single. time. until I look at the title.
Interesting!!!!!
Great sound, I didn't know these two at all.

Same here.

But clearly not.  Oddly compelling this number.
Turned off desktop speakers and put in ear buds so I could crank this up and not disturb other.

All the "good' band names were already taken, or they'd have been the "Rolling Stones" or something.

Or My Morning Jacket or Death Cab for Cutie

What is the next new band name? Maybe Soylent Green ? Biggest hit "Yummy Old Folks"

I guess it's good that those children can fly through the blue sky, even while sleeping; that way they can avoid the Black Death on the ground.

Unusual track but quite compelling.  Nice.
I think the dialog sampled here is Ethan Hawke's voice from the 1985 movie The Explorers.
Was sure this was going to break into Robby Robertson's Broken Arrow.

{#Smile}Very nice, quite world music like and ambient
The kind of track that's really hard to find without the help of an expert guide.

Kind of earing a Coldplay song ? Can't remember which one may be just an inspiration/

Very nice by the way
Great segue from Peter Gabriel & Friends — Whole Thing to this.
It's sort of Peter Gabriel-esque with some fresher synth tracks and ethereal vocals. I like it! Another great find thanks to RP. Keep up the great work!
Interesting....
wow, nice.
Great choice for the first BSBD song on Radio Paradise.
