I wasn't even referring to your station. -
What I was referring to was @black321's link to the platform:
https://radio.co/
...and their pricing.

Your station named "WEED" -
I have included your station in my playlists for internet-radio and listened to it for some time. - Hadn't I liked the music selection, it wouldn't have made it into my playlists in the first place. - Just sayin', you do good.

The only drawback I could find is the relatively low audio quality (128kb) and that the stream sometimes gets disturbed and the sound sometimes seems somewhat overdriven and even crackling. - This may be an issue of latency related to the radio.co servers, and / or mastering / remastering of musical input through the servers in use?

You posted a few weeks ago too, without any info as to what we'd be clicking into, and people thought that was spam too. BUT today they're all suspicious of what radio.co is selling. For some reason. you're right, it's a tough crowd ;-)

I clicked through to Weed Radio back then and certified that it's good. Also safe. People should check it out when the RP or KEXP or whatever is getting on their nerves. SFW Approved!

Thanks!

Also not totally happy with the sound leveling.   But radio.co has it's limits!

I'd rather be a guest DJ on RP. I have plenty of my own playlists and do not need to pay $59 a month in the hopes that someone else will listen.

It's not a playlist anymore than Radio Paradise is.  It's WEED radio.

What are ya gonna do with 20GB storage for $59 a month? Not even bothering to ask about legals, royalties, etc.

You don't have to pay anything to listen to WEED.  It's my radio station!  Started one named WEED in high school!

Yeah it looked like a sweet setup IF they handled royalties. They don't, even as an add-on.

Back when we had a coffeehouse and a 400-CD changer, I would absolutely have done this. If Eddie Bauer and the Gap can sell CDs of the music they play in the store, (well they used to), we could have done something cool with this too, and probably made it pay.

Music Friend — This isn't a plug radio.co.  They are just a server and software.  This is WEED, my radio station for your enjoyment!  And yes, I pay the royalties.

Dude. I pay the license fees.  Enjoy the music!
