Yes, I sent an email to Alanna about a week ago and one to William about two weeks before that. I heard nothing back from either.
My choices were based on what they have listed on their Contact Us page:
The best way to reach us is via email:
- Business & financial: william@radioparadise.com
- Music & promotion: alanna@radioparadise.com
- Website issues: nate@radioparadise.com
- All other tech issues: tech-support@radioparadise.com
It's not really a tech issue with the website or app. I contacted William first since technically, it's me doing business with the website.
I guess I won't be doing anymore business, though.

I really don't have any idea where to post this, because obviously there is absolutely no interest in providing a forum for customer support for ordering items from RP. I've already sent two emails to support but never received any response whatsoever, so I figured I'd give the forums a try.
Its been nearly one month since I ordered a package of the new RP stickers. I also ordered a T-shirt. I received the t-shirt in about a week. I still have not received the stickers, and like I said, it's been nearly a month.
Any clue from anyone here as to who to contact or am I just SOL?
