Seriously - I am indeed suffering the effects today of multiple concussions earned in the past, mostly from playing rugby and being a bit of a wild one as a youngster, so you are partway correct probably.
There is also what I was told was combat fatigue; whatever that is.

But to the left? Impossible to establish because if I say 'yeh, that's too far' I am accused and summarily tried for rascism, homophobia, Islamaphobia, tranny-phobia, bigotry, Nazism (go figure), white supremacy...pick a perjorative that fits - and the result is yet another hundred million dead in the name of yet another revolution.
The leftward slide has no boundaries....
Also - sure, watching what took 300 years to build in South Africa be destroyed in 30 years by DEI, cadre deployment, Socialism and central planning resulting in even worse conditions for the majority of the population than ever existed under apartheid, all while the latter-day deficencies, failures and corruption be blamed on guess what - white people and the patriarchy blahblahblah - led me to clearly see that Socialism and its big brother Communism are crap and can't and don't work - never have - and shaped my stance today from which I try to warn my friends here that the path they are avidly pursuing will lead them to a place I am certain they have neither the intestinal nor testicular fortitude to thrive and prosper in.
The violence I experienced and witnessed was not a purely South African thing, but just the usual fruit of any Socialist/Communist revolution staged anywhere...and also an African thing.
It has an effect for sure - I can kill as easily as I can scratch my armpit if needed, but I would rather not.
So though it may not seem like it, I am actually coming from a good place, because I recognise that what the left in your country are pushing is the gateway drug to what happened in my country.

The aggro started from you guys - not all, but....you know who you are, and one or two of you can go crap in your hat - but for the rest, it's OK, in the lefty world you have to follow the narrative and the party line - I understand.
