You could say that about many artists. Take Todd Rundgren for instance. There are 6 songs in the library but I don't think I've heard one played ever. He even has his own thread in the community forum. He has certainly been around longer and influenced more folks than Toto and he doesn't get any love from Bill.

I'm a long time listener to RP and really appreciate the eclectic mix of music that Bill puts together. So many new artists that i have discovered because i heard them here for the first time.
One thing though i have wondered now for a long time, is why there is nothing being played by Toto? I know they have not been very popular in the U.S., always kind of shunned, not well received by critics, but thats not Bills standard, is it? ;)
After listening here for 10 years, no song has ever made it into the playlist, and after that long a time, i begin to wonder if Bill just doesn't like them? 
Because i can hardly believe that no-one has ever suggested them after all this time. A quick search in the music section indeed shows zero entries.

On the other hand, many of their idols are being played here, like Steely Dan, Yes, Beatles, Fleetwood Mac and so on.

I'd take my chances for some submissions, but the suggestion system is down at the moment.
