TwitFrame is now defunct. However, there is still an old iframe embed throught twitter.com (only, not x.com). The snippet only needs the tweet ID and you can fiddle with the height for a nice fit:
Copy the line above and keep it somewhere. Replace the tweet ID with the one you want to show and paste it in the html mode (<> button) in the post editor. Preview to check the ID, height, etc. and finally Submit.

All you need to do is grab the "embed code" for a video on YouTube and paste it in the post editor while in HTML mode.
Where is the embed code?
Under a YouTube video, click the Share button. Click on the first option called Embed. A popup appears. Just click Copy (bottom right) and it will copy the needed code into the clipboard.
You now have the embed code. Paste it in the post editor while in HTML mode.
For both videos and images it's recommended to always press the Preview button in the post editor to get an idea what the post will look like, before you hit Submit.
If the URL of an image somewhere on the Internet ends with an image extension (ending in .jpg or .png or .gif) you can just copy and paste the URL for that image (or drag/drop from another tab) into the editor (in WYSIWYG mode) and it will be converted to an image by the editor.
For example, https://media.giphy.com/media/Tj3XAYP3Gp3V4VMZyz/giphy.gif will become:
If it's an image that doesn't have one of the extensions above, the editor doesn't recognize it as an image, but instead guesses it's a link (Hmmm, starts with https://...).

The XXX needs to be replaced with the URL for the tweet that you want to show. BUT that URL needs to be URL encoded (never mind what that means). I have a tool for that in my browser too, but you can also do it at:

Tweets embed videos or sometimes a reply, so their height might vary quite a bit.
This means you need to adjust the height. Where it says 450px in the snippet.
To change it and paste the snippet into the RP post editor, you may need to switch between HTML View and Normal View (use the first button in the editor that looks like < >).
I usually make it bigger and do a Preview. Does it fit? If not, make it bigger like 750px. Or smaller, etc. Once it looks fine, hit Submit.
The useful add-ons for Firefox are Cryptext (various ways to encode/decode stuff) and TextNotes (collect snippets). Alternatively you can use something like https://tweetcyborg.com/ which turns tweets into images, but you need to store the resulting image somewhere like imgur.com (or your flickr, etc.) and then post that image here.
