A former Republican lawmaker who questioned the integrity of Arizonaâs elections and served as a leader for the conservative group Turning Point Action was sentenced Tuesday to probation and a five-year ban on running for public office for using nominating petitions that contained forged signatures in a bid to qualify for a 2024 primary election.
Austin Smith, 30, pleaded guilty in mid-November to charges of attempted fraudulent schemes and practices, and illegal signing of election petitions. He had acknowledged trying to use petitions with forged signatures that he knew were false and forging a dead womanâs signature on a nominating petition.
Always accuse your enemy of that which you are guilty...

Well since you only scrutinize me I guess that I must remind you, Paul, that when dave calls me out or pings me he uses my actual name and not my username.
You need to broaden your attentions, being the Hall Monitor and all that ...
Maybe with you I should use i slander. That would be more truthful, imo.
Speaking of corrections... in general, around here people have chosen a username as part of an identity they want to use, it's obnoxious (and potentially confusing to people who don't know) to intentionally refer to someone by their meatspace name. And if you are going to do the obnoxious thing, at least use the professional/respectful capitalization. Using 'dave' the way you do is just being a jerk. We are all pretty easy to find in the online world, so you aren't doing any big 'outing'.

True. And, although I go by a longer alt, Feel free to shorten it to my nickname â_â
.
There is so little of this as to be basically nonexistent which is why I bring up dave specifically as an example of this lack of correction based upon the preference of the dominant partisan POV's.

Just doesn't fit with your victim mentality.
